Do I need to sign up in advance? Because of limited seating, signing up in advance is required. You can register on the website by going to the calendar, selecting the event you wish to attend, and clicking on  the PayPal button to purchase enrollment. A form of payment is required in order to reserve your spot.  In the event you need to cancel, please provide a minimum of  48 hours prior to your event to prevent your credit card from being charged. If an event is sold out, please email us at 515winewithdesign@gmail.com to be put on our waiting list. Due to last minute cancellations, we can almost always get you in!

What information do I need to provide to be put on the waiting list? Please email the following to 
515winewithdesign@gmail.com: Date of Event, Full Name, Telephone, Email, how many are in your party, and payment method (Purchased in advance on our website).

What is the cost of a 515 Wine With Design event?  Prices range between $35-$45 depending on the painting, the size of canvas, and the amount of prep required by Marcy. 

What is included in the price? 515 Wine with Design will provide a canvas for your masterpiece, all paints, an apron, brushes and an easel to use during your event. Refreshments, food, and alcohol are not included.


Are the events suitable for kids? Our events are geared towards adults  21 and over. They are meant to be social events for adults. We do however offer private parties for children.  Please inquire via email at 
515winewithdesign@gmail.com.

What do I wear? We will provide aprons, but we recommend wearing something you wouldn't mind getting paint on- just in case! Remember- we are using acrylic paints so be sure to leave nice jackets and purses at home!  515 Wine With Design cannot be responsible for any paint damage.

Can I bring in food and drinks?  The establishments where parties are held will have a full menu as well as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for purchase.  Painters are asked not to brink in any outside food or drinks.


What time do I need to arrive for an event?  We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes early to get registered, find your seat and get set up.

What is your cancellation policy? Because of our waiting lists, we ask you to give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. **Cancellations should be made by email ONLY   515winewithdesign@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged.

When does the new schedule come out? We try to post the schedule by the 20th for the next month.

I missed a painting that I really want to paint! How often will you repeat paintings? Please let us know what painting you are looking for! While paintings are not on a set schedule,we will keep this in mind when scheduling future events.


Do you provide alcohol? The locations where our events are held have alcohol for purchase. Food and alcohol are not included in your 515 Wine With Design class price.

If I come with a friend or a group, can we all sit together? We always try to seat friends and parties together…just be sure to let us know when making your reservation and we’ll be sure to make the appropriate seating arrangements.


*****Our studio is for our painters only. Everyone needs a paid seat to stay during classes. Please DO NOT bring your children/baby to class as courtesy to others who are enjoying a "night out"!
